• Some countries may impose withholding taxes on payment sources according to their local legislation. The customer is required to pay these taxes directly to the relevant authorities in their country.
• TheVIZO websitedoes not bear any costs or liabilities arising from tax laws in the customer's country. The customer is required to pay the full invoice amount without deduction.

5. Quality of Service and Limits of Liability

• TheVIZO websitecommits to making every effort to provide effective services within the agreed timelines, without this being considered a commitment to achieve specific results.

If a customer of the client (i.e., the "end consumer") files a complaint or legal action against them due to the product or service, thenVIZOis not a party to this dispute and cannot be held legally responsible for it.

6. Objections and Notifications

• To consider any complaint or objection, it must be sentto VIZOin writing via email or registered mail within 8 days from the date of delivery of the product or provision of the service.

7. Governing Law

• Any legal relationship arising between the client andVIZO(such as purchases, use of services, or disputes) will be governed solely by Algerian law, and not by any foreign law.
