Refund policy for paid courses
  • Paid educational courses are subject to a specific refund policy due to their digital nature.
  • After completing the payment process and granting the user access to the course content, they are not entitled to request a refund, except in exceptional cases determined by the siteVIZO.
  • A refund request can be submitted within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of payment confirmation, provided that the course content has not been substantially consumed.
Refund requests can only be considered in the case of:
  • A technical issue that prevents full access to the course content and has not been resolved.
  • The course being permanently withdrawn from the site before allowing the user to benefit from it.
Refund requests resulting from the following are not accepted:
  • The user's unwillingness to complete the course.
  • Not achieving expected results.
  • The user not having enough time.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method used and according to the timeframe set by the payment provider.
