Return and Exchange Policy

VIZO is committed to customer satisfaction and provides a clear return and exchange policy according to the nature of the products offered, as follows:

First: Physical Products

1. Return or Exchange Conditions

  • The customer has the right to request a return or exchange in the following cases:
  • Receiving a damaged or defective product.
  • Receiving a product that does not match the description or order.

2. Return Period

  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all its accessories.

3. Costs

  • The site will bear the return costs in case of an error on its part.
  • The customer will bear the shipping costs if they wish to return without any defect or error.

Second: Digital Products

  • Due to their digital nature, digital products are not eligible for return or exchange after payment has been completed and access has been granted.
  • Exceptional cases may only be considered if there is a technical issue preventing the use of the product.

Third: Paid Educational Courses

  • Paid educational courses are subject to a special policy.
  • A refund request can be made within a maximum of 24 hours from the payment date, provided that the course content has not been substantially consumed.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • The user does not wish to complete the course.
  • Not achieving expected results.
  • The user does not have enough time.

Fourth: Return Method

  • The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used, or as allowed by the chosen payment method.
  • In the case of cash on delivery, an appropriate return mechanism will be agreed upon based on the situation.

Fifth: Cases Not Covered by Returns

The return policy does not cover:
  • Used or damaged products due to misuse.
  • Orders placed after the specified deadline.
  • Products that have been tampered with or modified.
